What an Implementation Analyst, Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) does at Visa: Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is a key business pillar in Visa that leads money movement solutions and platforms for commercial clients – from micro, small and mid-sized companies to large corporations, government institutions and other payment enablers across their journey. The CMS Client Service team is responsible for closely partnering with our clients and internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver CMS solutions and platforms, ranging from new client implementations and onboarding to business-as-usual support, consultation and client success. This position serves as a project and implementation manager, as well as a subject matter expert to clients (Financial Institutions or third-party technology platforms) primarily for Money Movement Solutions suite of products. This is an individual contributor responsible for managing project and product delivery and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to meet Client needs. This role serves to understand, gather and document our client’s project requirements while providing system implementation, training and expert consultation on CMS product features and functionalities. In this role, you are expected to: Provide quality project management and implementation support to Visa client institutions, processors and/or third-party platforms in assigned region to ensure client expectations are exceeded. Create and maintain implementation best practices for money movement and commercial card products using project management methodology and payments industry knowledge. Coordinate directly with clients to understand product setup requirements, and facilitate product installations, conversions and maintenance requests without client impact. As a subject matter expert, acquire and maintain a deep understanding of supported services to train and consult customers and internal stakeholders on optimum delivery and adoption of our products. Represent client change requests, system or operational requirements, negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally. Prepare and maintain detailed project scope documents, project plans, status reports, and issue log. Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on weekly or monthly basis and consistently log project progress on Microsoft Dynamics, Teams and/or SharePoint. Build and enhance strong working relationships with key Visa client institutions, technology providers and internal stakeholders. Manage alignment with client tactical and strategic initiatives while balancing against Visa deliverables and commitments. Work independently with moderate supervision for own assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve challenging and complex problems within the established deadlines. Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa payment products and services. While the role is based in Manila, you will be providing services to clients across the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications We are looking for an individual who has already accumulated a variety of experience, is infinitely curious about the payments industry, is results-driven and client-centric. As a candidate, you should have: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in software project management and/or implementation support in financial services, payment card, card processing, software, or information services. Technical implementation experience with web-based technology including APIs in JSON, XML along with tools such as SOAP UI and Postman, and data-interfacing or secure file delivery. Technical implementation experience with secure communication protocols such as SFTP, FTP/S and HTTPS. Good ability to research and understand technical documents such as client implementation guides, ISO messaging or file specifications. Good ability to break down problems into solvable components and utilize existing support mechanisms to work towards effective resolution. Experience with project management methodology to effectively manage, report and prioritize projects under moderate supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills and ability to build effective and clear presentation materials. Demonstrated expertise in using standard MS Office tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio. What will also help: Broad operational experience relating to domestic and cross border payments and be able to relate the operational needs of the client to their business drivers. Knowledge in credit card processing and card product implementation is a plus. Previous technical experience in roles such software development, technical support or presales is a plus. Experience with credit card solutions such as Central Travel Account and Virtual cards is an added advantage. Technical with cash management solutions, transaction banking solutions, money movement business, remittance and SWIFT gained through working with banks, fintechs, acquirers or merchants is a plus.
