The Implementation and Support Administrator will be the primary liaison between internal departments and school boards during the implementation of new software products, as well as Tier 1 support for our existing board partners. This includes working with the project management and implementation team to facilitate and ensure successful project delivery and support to clients. This role requires confidence in managing tasks/small projects and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders. This role will work using our Support Desk application to troubleshoot Tier 1 issues both independently and with other senior resources. 1-2 years of experience in software implementation or within the field of Education is an asset to this role.
