About the role You’ll support Empathy’s technical content operations, working closely with localization and content teams while juggling content across platforms to deliver audio and written materials, combining hands-on QA, platform management, and light AI-driven automation. In this role you will Upload, organize, and update content across CMS and learning platforms. Perform in-app and web QA to ensure text, audio, and visuals appear correctly across all locales and devices. Generate, review, and edit AI audio files (via tools like ElevenLabs). Support internal teams during product launches, ensuring all assets are tested and live on time. Collaborate closely with implementation, content, and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues. Requirements 1- 2 years of experience in technical project management, CMS operations, or another technical production role. Full professional proficiency in English. Familiarity with AI tools for audio or media generation is a plus. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control. Comfortable working with content management systems Basic HTML or JSON knowledge is an advantage. Personal skills Organized and reliable. Able to manage several projects simultaneously. Curious about technology, automation, and how creative processes scale. Team player who enjoys working across disciplines (content, design, localization). Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and a calm, methodical approach.
