Description

Role and Responsibilities: Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to our customers. Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios. Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios. Support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas. Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients. Review and integrate content from O&M provider reports. Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings. Support compliance audit activities. Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement. Assist team with problem resolution. Required Qualification & Education: Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience Experience Required: 0-2 years experience in domain Preferred Experience: Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects. Familiarity with project agreements & material terms Experience with a U.S. based company preferred. Required Skills & Competencies: Able to follow written and verbal directions Attention to detail Able to work as part of a team Preferred Skills & Competencies Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Required Software Knowledge Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets
