JOB SUMMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review and analyze renewable energy project agreements to identify and abstract compliance obligations in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining compliance documentation for upload into Radian Digital systems and implementation workflows. Conduct preliminary assessments of contract amendments, extensions, and modifications to determine updates required in compliance trackers or implementation deliverables. Support the Implementation team through accurate data entry, documentation cleanup, and other administrative or ad‑hoc project tasks. Participate in Implementation training sessions and process workshops to strengthen contract review and compliance abstraction skills. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to gather required information and ensure alignment on implementation activities. Communicate with clients to provide status updates, obtain necessary documents, clarify open items, and support efficient onboarding of project agreements. Update implementation dashboards, trackers, and status reports in accordance with established best practices and internal guidelines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 2 years of related experience. Renewal Energy (Solar) Experience preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills to support internal collaboration and client interactions Demonstrated interest in reviewing and analyzing renewable energy contracts. Understanding of solar energy systems and contracts is an added advantage Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and work within established processes. High attention to detail, especially when analyzing contract terms and entering data into compliance systems. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross‑functional team and contribute to shared implementation goals. REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets Basic knowledge in Implementation specific platforms and tool sets PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in Renewable Energy Experience in reviewing contracts or project agreements Experience in Project Implementation/Onboarding process Experience with a U.S. based company Experience with Customer Support or Client Interaction is an advantage PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Specific Implementation Skills Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other cross‑functional teams to support implementation activities Data Management - Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and implementation dashboards.
