POSITION OVERVIEW

Client facing job. We are searching for an Implementation Analyst, who will be involved into high- & medium-complexity projects for Corporate clients in our European Center of Excellence Berlin. Primary focus will be on Corporate Cash Management products with a possibility to dive into Institutional Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending and Securities Services infrastructure.
In this role you will be responsible for overall project management, documentation handling, technical setup in bank’s systems as well as coordination with various teams across countries and functions. You will also remain the key point of contact for any customer setup updates and keep maintaining your portfolio of clients. The role implies close cooperation with clients, Sales and Relationship managers and therefore requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proved Project Management skills and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and written, additional knowledge of German or Italian or Japanese language will be an advantage
  • Ability to organize and set priorities to meet deadlines / targets whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization, accurate, first time right attitude. Strong focus on solution delivery.
  • Make decisions with guidelines and policies to avoid risks
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office and data mining abilities
  • High Degree certification in the economics areas will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Perform Project management, coordination and end-to-end implementation of clients to DB platforms and systems.
  • Act as liaison with the implementation managers in foreign countries and other dynamic Client Deal Team members. During the implementation phase the Implementation Manager leads the Client Deal Team, arranges and chairs (client) meetings, such as the kick-off meeting and progress meetings. But also internal meetings with stakeholders, in coordination with Sales, Customer Service and Coverage team.
  • Act on progress of the project: coordinate documentation to and from client, monitor the project and update client regularly. Be single point of contact for a client.
  • Perform product setup, including technical onboarding activities that are part of the cash management structure and coordinate these activities in foreign countries.
  • Coordinate flow of documentation to and from client, prepare contractual documentation, collect and verify the information received from clients.
  • Critical analysis of existing processes across countries and introduction of more efficient and lean practices.
