Responsibilities
  • Act as a Project Lead for multiple concurrent customer-facing projects with small to mid-sized enterprise customers. This will mostly include facilitating remote working sessions and on occasion traveling onsite with the customer.
  • Manage all aspects of implementations, including scope, risk, project plans, escalations, project monitoring and progress tracking, weekly checkpoint meetings, and consulting on best practices.
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns throughout the implementation.
  • Align requirements to product functionality and program design, configuration, testing, and possible integrations.
  • Create detailed communication and onboarding plans; document/update the project workbook accordingly to reflect timelines, milestones, and change management strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Product and Customer Success teams, as required.
  • Utilize tracking and reporting tools (Mavenlink, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce.com, internal documentation) to ensure an effective project management approach, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
  • Provide ongoing support to users after platform launch, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and Customer Support.
