WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING‍ ️‍ ️

• PROJECT MASTERY & CONFIGURATION:Manage a portfolio of diverse client implementation projects, overseeing development, configuration, and stakeholder liaison to meet all deadlines.
• ️Gain an in-depth, expert knowledge of all ELMO systems – you’ll become our product guru!
• Configure ELMO’s HRIS solutions precisely to client specifications, strictly adhering to our established implementation processes, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure the highest quality production and output of all configured solutions. ✨

WHAT WE VALUE FOR THIS ROLE:

• A strong and proven background in a similar software implementation role is essential.
• Consulting experience within an HRIS or talent management software environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and master client relationship management.
• A strong understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes.
• Exceptional multitasking skills, with proven experience comfortably managing multiple projects concurrently. juggling multiple projects.
• Demonstrated project management skills and impeccable attention to detail. ✅
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ️An undergraduate qualification is preferred.
