Description:

Cloudinary was founded in 2012 to solve a simple problem: making it an easy platform to manage images & videos. Over the years we evolved into a $120 million+ annual recurring revenue business serving 10,000 companies across industries – from the smallest Shopify stores to iconic brands like Nike and other worldwide companies.
Cloudinary is now the foundational technology for all images and videos on the internet. Only we provide robust, flexible, and intelligent solutions for every business in the world to harness the power of visual media to tell its story. As a single source of truth for brands’ image and video needs, we also provide a comprehensive array of APIs and integrations to transform every brand into a masterful visual storyteller.
If images and video are the electricity powering the new digital world, Cloudinary is the power grid: enabling anyone to easily plug in and “light up” their business with high-impact visual media, without worrying about the science behind the electrical current.
Cloudinary is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As the Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of Cloudinary’s innovative cloud-based media management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading implementation projects, collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements, and delivering customised solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical expertise, and client-facing consulting abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead complex, end-to-end implementation projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating project plans and timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, media management needs, and technical requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Solution Design: Translate client requirements into customized solutions leveraging Cloudinary’s platform capabilities. Configure, customize, and test the Cloudinary solution to align with client needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and support, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the implementation process. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Cloudinary solution. Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation as needed to empower clients to maximize the value of Cloudinary’s platform.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with client requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within the implementation methodology. Capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to drive continuous improvement and excellence in implementation delivery.
