ROLE: Implementation Consultant - Data Management

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation Consultant Data Management works with clients to improve their design data processes and workflows throughout the enterprise, providing business services such as process improvement (PDM/PLM), data integration, design automation and overall consulting services. Specializing in Autodesk and other best-in-class technologies, this role provides clients with immediate time to value

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of using data management in engineering
• Technical support (helpdesk) experience is preferred
• Classroom instructor experience is helpful Experience with administration duties in the areas of CAD and product data management (PDM

• Working knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn software rapidly

Provide Data Management consulting and implementation expertise for our top manufacturing clients across the US.

• Pre-Sales Activities
• Customer technology consultation to assess current business process and requirements.
• Collaboration with sales team to recommend appropriate technology solution.
• Development of technical content to support sales, marketing and implementation efforts.
• Technical Services
• Working primarily with Autodesk manufacturing technologies e.g. Inventor
• Deliver application training to our customer and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, conferences, user groups, both onsite and remotely.
• Provide implementation solutions and application support.
• Perform additional duties as requested or assigned
