As an Implementation Consultant, you will participate in a training program to teach you upstream oil and gas industry knowledge. During the training program you will also learn the basics of SQL and gain an understanding of relational database structures. Upon completion of the training, you will work as part of a highly effective team known for providing exceptional customer support and technical services.
The responsibilities of the position will include onsite customer support for software; data mapping for conversion; troubleshooting data and software errors; providing customer training and software user acceptance testing; and presenting customers with innovative solutions to improve existing business process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or MIS
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Familiarity with Excel and/or SQL is a plus
  • 60% Travel
Responsibilities
  • Ensure our customers get fast and accurate onsite support
  • Work with internal teams and functional area resources to investigate and create new innovative ways for process improvement
  • Implement and support solutions incorporating Enertia applications
  • Validate the accuracy of converted data
  • Document, track and resolve customer issues
  • Provide data analysis and mapping during conversion
  • Identify and document software bugs
  • Contribute ideas for new functionality and improvements for our software
  • Participate in testing of new software
