Job Description
Flywire is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. The Implementation Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for the product area(s) that they are focused on. If you have experience in student financial services, change management within higher education, experience with SAAS based integrations, and want to launch your career in the exciting world of Fintech this is the role for you!
Key Responsibility:

As a subject matter expert the Implementation Consultant will work closely with clients and project managers on project discovery, implementation, change management, and overall knowledge transfer.

  • Work collaboratively with teams and customers around the globe to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions offered by Flywire. Acting as a subject matter expert and consultant on higher education projects, you will focus on a specific product area to gain knowledge and expertise for our higher education clients
  • Ensure the best possible customer experience for clients by providing product best practices, system training, onsite support, and business process / change management expertise when moving to our baseline product offering
  • Develop and maintain complex product documentation, in partnership with product management and engineering, providing internal knowledge transfer and support for relationship management and sales
  • Conduct remote and in-person training sessions for client super users and adopters of our enterprise software suite of products along with product specific documentation
  • Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders
  • Help contribute to an ever improving culture and customer experience every day

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Look For:

  • 5+ years experience in Higher Education, EDU, EdTech (School employee experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs- PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, and Workday
  • Experience in Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Reconciliation processes of higher education
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software preferred
  • Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical minded customers
  • Understanding of credit card and ACH processing
