The Implementation Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for the product area(s) that they are focused on. If you have experience in student financial services, change management within higher education, experience with SaaS based integrations, and want to launch your career in the exciting world of Fintech this is the role for you! Key Responsibility: As a subject matter expert the Implementation Consultant will work closely with clients and project managers on project discovery, implementation, change management, and overall knowledge transfer. Work collaboratively with teams and customers around the globe to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions offered by Flywire Ensure the best possible customer experience for clients by providing product best practices, system training, onsite support, and business process / change management expertise when moving to our baseline product offering Develop and maintain complex product documentation, in partnership with product management and engineering, providing internal knowledge transfer and support for relationship management and sales Conduct remote and in-person training and/or testing sessions for client super users and adopters of our enterprise software suite of products Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders Assist with the development of new hire onboarding documentation, training materials, and support for implementation consultants Provide mentorship for new hires as they learn about our products, integrations, and implementation policies and procedures Assist the Senior Manager for Implementation Consulting with data gathering, analytics, and customer success metrics necessary for meeting our team goals and objectives Help contribute to an innovative culture and customer experience every day Qualifications Here’s What We’re Look For: 6+ years experience in Higher Education (Student Finance preferred) Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs like Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral) Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software preferred Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical minded customers Understanding of the broader payment processing industry Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites and for internal meetings Technologies We Use: Apple (Computers), Smartsheets, JIRA, Sumologic, Google Suite, Box, and Zendesk Additional Information What We Offer: Competitive compensation Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flying Start - Our immersive Global Induction Program (Meet our Execs & Global Teams) Work with brilliant people that will keep you on your toes, learn more about their journeys by checking out #InsideFlywire on social media Dynamic & Global Team (we have been collaborating virtually for years!) Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will act as a subject matter expert, working with clients and project managers on discovery, implementation, and change management. They will also provide product training, develop documentation, and mentor new hires to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
