KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or hospitality tech environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with hospitality systems or technology integrations.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and configure software solutions.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Implementation Consultant – Integrations, you will lead the successful setup and deployment of new integrations between the Stayntouch PMS and third-party hotel systems such as Payment gateways, POS, Sales & Catering, CRS, and other interface engines. You will work closely with our internal implementation teams, engineering, and integration partners to deliver seamless integrations that support the operational and guest service goals of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technically curious, and thrives on bringing complex systems together in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Coordinate and execute the implementation of new third-party integrations including Stayntouch’s payment gateway during hotel onboarding and rollout projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendor partners to collect integration requirements and specifications.
  • Configure, test, and validate integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with Stayntouch PMS.
  • Serve as the liaison between Client Services, Product, Engineering, and third-party vendors to ensure successful deployment and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables for integration projects across multiple properties.
  • Document integration workflows, processes, and requirements to ensure smooth handover and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements to streamline and scale the integration deployment process.
