Intuit is seeking highly skilled and experienced Implementation Experts to join our Customer Success organization, specifically supporting our growing Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) customer base. This is a critical role focused on ensuring our IES customers achieve rapid time-to-value and maximize their investment in Intuit’s robust platform. You will be instrumental in transforming our customer onboarding experience from fragmented to frictionless, as outlined in our strategic initiatives. As an IES Implementation Expert, you will be the trusted expert responsible for guiding our complex business customers through the successful setup, configuration, and integration of the Intuit Enterprise Suite. This role requires a deep blend of technical product expertise across the IES ecosystem and a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in multi-entity environments. You will directly impact customer satisfaction, feature utilization, and overall product adoption.
