IWe are looking for an Implementation Consultant – Jira (ITSM) to provide Level-1 and Level-2 operational support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). The role focuses on configuration support, issue troubleshooting, workflow management, and ensuring platform stability. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of hands-on JSM experience looking to grow within enterprise ITSM environments. Responsibilities Provide Level-1 / Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) Troubleshoot workflow, permission, automation, and configuration issues Manage user access, roles, schemes, and permission controls Assist in basic workflow design and form configurations Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform Coordinate with senior consultants for complex escalations Support system health monitoring and platform upgrades Maintain documentation and ensure configuration consistency Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Jira / Jira Service Management Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request) Experience with workflow configuration, SLAs, and permission schemes Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred ITIL Foundation certification Exposure to Jira Asset Management (Insight) Basic knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, or JavaScript Experience working in enterprise IT environments Equal Opportunity & Inclusion We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
