Job responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements and objectives. - Provide expert recommendations and solutions to meet client needs using B2B SaaS products. - Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions with client systems. - Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions. - Perform API integration and customization using Java and Python coding. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or a similar role. - Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and solution recommendation. - Proficiency in API integration and software customization. - Experience with Java and Python coding. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and travel as required. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
