Title: Implementation Consultant (Techno-Functional Role) Location: NOIDA Experience - 5-8 Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated techno functional Consultant. This role will be based in NOIDA, working closely together with the account management, the services team and collaborate with the product teams. He / she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features using: - NeoXam Datahub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions. - NeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views. - NeoXam Impress: an integrated solution for performance, attribution and reporting packs; flexible calculation methodologies including Modified Dietz, Brinson-Fachler; customizable workflows & templates to generate reports in corporate color themes, based on graphics and content; GIPS compliance. The solution could be standalone or connected to NeoXam Datahub & IBOR. With the experience and potential, he / she will be able to focus on various areas, like solution implementation and project management at the world’s leading and most respected financial organizations. MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES • Participate in NeoXam software implementations at some of the world’s leading and most respected financial organizations • Implement the software by carrying out NeoXam Datahub/IBOR software customization, workflow definition and optimization using NeoXam cutting edge technology platform • Provide support in troubleshooting, and identifying and resolving any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames • Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, NeoXam software knowledge and industry experience • Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with the appropriate NeoXam departments and colleagues as needed • Communicate NeoXam’s offerings to clients and identify new opportunities to grow client sales/services and better meet client needs • Participate in client support efforts • Assist with presales initiatives as per business requirements • Provide project reports to NeoXam management and clients upon request • Continuously keep up to date with NeoXam DataHub and/or NeoXam IBOR functional and technical features and improvements • Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames ADDED RESPONSIBILITIES for Senior Implementation role: • Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines • Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project • Provide project management leadership under the responsibility of the Account Manager or Project Director • Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients • Provide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc PROFILE • Engineering or Business school, Degree / Master’s degree or equivalent • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry. • Existing experience on NeoXam Datahub is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience of a development /Scripting language is required- to be capable of writing rules in scripting language • Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language • Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes • Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others • Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives • Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle • Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided • Proactive and a real team player • Fluent in English The position requires rigour, tenacity and a good ability to communicate and promote best practices.
