Job Description The Commercial Solutions Implementation Manager is a key technical and project management role, tasked with overseeing the integration of major European issuer clients to Visa Commercial products and services. Reporting to the Director of Commercial and Money Movement, the ideal candidate will bring robust technical and project management expertise, along with a proven background in implementing software and payment solutions. This position will support cross-channel solutions, platforms, and market rollouts, with a strong emphasis on serving as a technical subject matter expert in Commercial products and services. You will act as primary technical integration contact for the client. You will be managing Implementation projects, working closely with client and business to develop and track milestones and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together. Be responsible for the successful delivery of each client from a technology and project perspective. Providing functional and technical requirements & certification requirements for integration to Commercial services to key clients Leading technical client implementations with key clients to ensure that interactions are well organized, and objectives are clear. You will be managing the communication of progress/status within the core team and external to the team (customers, partners, issuers, etc) escalate issues as necessary. Remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly. You are also expected to provide executive level updates as required. Focusing on being the subject matter expert on implementation and provide in-depth consultative support on Visa products and service and provide effective advice to clients on the option and their outcomes. Triage client issues in a timely efficient manner, during and after the implementation process act as a liaison between the Commercial product team, technology teams and clients to track down issues, answer inquiries and deliver a successful integration. You will represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders and understand the needs of Corporate clients. Strong customer-facing communication skills and technical aptitude Be the Implementation SME for Visa Product and services Setting and managing customer expectations regarding features and solution availability, expected timelines and fees Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment under which our clients practice business at a level required to provide input to their decision-making process when selecting Visa Products/Services and options for how they are configured to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Make sure that accurate management information is collected promptly for auditing, reporting, and performance improvement. Qualifications Self-starter and have a disposition to work independently with a commitment to detail in an organized manner Experience and comfort able working in an agile & fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to present ideas and run large workshop with clients and provide advisory on SME topics Experience in managing E-commerce or payments projects Experience working at a consultancy firm is a plus Track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge throughout, and amazing accomplishments Experience with Commercial payments and Corporate Client needs is a plus Working with APIs in various technology environments is a plus Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM, etc) a plus Experience in SCRUM, Agile methodology, SDLC, Salesforce, and payments are all pluses.
