Required qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Software Consultant, you will help us facilitate the implementation of a CRM solution for our Australian and New Zealand customers, from the initial scoping of customer engagement to final installation. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a full cycle software implementation plan for customers, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Establish trust, transparent relationships, and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop/adapt migration scripts to enable data from Xplor owned or 3rd party CRM platforms to be migrated to Xplor Gym or Clubware.
  • Manage application delivery and conduct presentations during the implementation process to demonstrate product capabilities and functionalities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to gather information and perform gap analysis on the existing system, identifying areas for improvement and customization.
  • Configure the Xplor Gym/Clubware to align with customer’s specific business processes based on the outcomes of the discovery phase.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide status updates and progress reports on the implementation projects.
  • Conduct web-based application training sessions to train users on Xplor Gym/Clubware and its functionalities.
  • Review and assist in the creation of training materials, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective in educating users.
  • Participate in product improvement sessions, providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer interactions and implementation experiences
