As a Zone Advanced Billing Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Zone Advanced Billing alongside NetSuite. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, document and design process flows and business requirements documents, configure the system, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation. This role requires expertise in Zone Advanced Billing and NetSuite, along with the ability to consult on best practices across all functions of the job. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with Zone Advanced Billing
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and designing business requirements documents
  • Knowledge of data migration best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements
    $100,000-$175,000 per year
    The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
