OSTTRA Client Services provides operational day-to-day support working closely with Product Design, Sales, Business Development and Technology to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
The Custom Processing team, within the Client Services division, designs, coordinates and executes industry events on the MarkitWire and Trade Manager platforms on behalf of clients. Examples include, mergers and acquisition processing, corporate actions and trade netting exercises. The Custom Processing team is seeking a self-driven individual with strong problem solving and analytical skills to fill an Associate position within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support for OTC derivative processing events supported within the MarkitServ suite of products.
