WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate account openings, transfers, and client documentation
  • Prepare and process insurance applications and investment forms
  • Follow up with clients, banks, fund companies, and insurers
  • Maintain accurate client records in Cloven CRM, VieFUND, and other systems
  • Track workflows and timelines to ensure on-time completion
  • Support advisors with meeting prep, documentation, and follow-up
  • Assist with compliance requirements and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience Lead to ensure a smooth client journey
