We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Financial Crimes Solutions Implementation team. Implementation coordinators are customer-centric, driven, highly organized, and love to delight our customers. Coordinators deliver excellent customer experiences by taking them through a structured implementation project. Adhering to a strategic plan utilizing phased implementation steps to ensure a successful go-live.
In addition to strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, this position requires a strong technical acumen. Our team values strong internal/team relationships, camaraderie, and having fun in our day-to-day work environment.

This position will be filled to work remotely within the United States. Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
