Description

Teletrac Navman is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our solutions across the ANZ region. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of installations, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within defined service expectations. You will play a key role in managing work orders, coordinating installers and contractors, tracking progress, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the implementation of Teletrac Navman solutions Manage and execute installation activities within agreed service levels Create and maintain accurate work orders, including customer and asset details Schedule and dispatch installers while ensuring alignment with job requirements Track installation progress and follow up on outstanding or delayed work Manage rebooking of failed appointments and resolve scheduling issues Maintain accurate system updates and manage assigned work queues Communicate effectively with installers, contractors, customers, and internal teams Identify and escalate at-risk or complex jobs Support larger projects through coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder updates Contribute to continuous process improvement Assist with resource planning and installation scheduling Support case management and parts coordination where required Validate work order completion, including administrative and financial readiness Capture customer feedback and support internal stakeholders as needed Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work autonomously Strong time management and prioritisation skills Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Comfortable working across systems and maintaining accurate data Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Experience or knowledge of GPS or fleet technology is advantageous but not essential WHO IS TELETRAC NAVMAN Teletrac Navman’s goal is to empower the industries that transform and sustain our futures with simple and intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their operation.
