Position Summary The Implementation Design Director owns Brook’s activation strategy and launch readiness authority — ensuring partners deploy from a position of operational, technical, and clinical readiness. Operating at the intersection of Product, Sales, Care Delivery, Engineering, Partner Success, and Revenue Cycle, this leader translates commercial commitments into scalable deployment models that support predictable activation and long-term partner success. The Implementation Design Director sets the conditions for successful launches and determines when Brook is ready to activate. This role currently reports to the Vice President of Product. As Brook continues to scale its enterprise delivery capabilities, Implementation is expected to become an increasingly central operational function, and reporting structures will evolve accordingly. This role is expected to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment and achieve results through cross-functional leadership rather than direct reporting relationships. Requirements Key Responsibilities Activation Strategy & Architecture Define Brook’s enterprise implementation methodology, governance structure, and activation standards Establish scalable deployment models that align commercial commitments with operational capacity Design readiness criteria that enable predictable partner activation and revenue realization Continuously refine playbooks based on deployment insight and activation performance Launch Readiness Authority Hold go/no-go authority for partner activation Chair cross-functional readiness reviews to identify and resolve structural risk prior to launch Ensure product, operational, clinical, and partner dependencies are satisfied before activation Escalate material risks to executive leadership to support informed decision-making when necessary Pre-Sales & Deal Shaping Engage in pre-sales engagements to validate operational feasibility and deployment approach Partner with Sales to ensure agreements are structured for scalable execution Identify risks early and recommend adjustments that protect activation timelines and partner experience Enterprise Alignment Align closely with Product and Engineering to ensure roadmap readiness supports deployment strategy Partner with Care Delivery and Revenue Cycle to confirm operational preparedness Improve deal quality by connecting commercial decisions to activation realities Operational Scale Develop segmentation logic, capacity assumptions, and deployment frameworks that support company growth Introduce standardization and automation that improve speed-to-value Establish executive-level visibility into activation readiness and deployment health Leadership Operate as a strategic player-coach, directly leading Brook’s most complex or highest-risk implementations when appropriate Provide clear direction within a highly matrixed operating environment Serve as the senior implementation voice in executive partner conversations Success Profile Outcomes Predictable partner activation Reduced variance between contract and launch Accelerated patient ramp and revenue realization Strong executive partner confidence Scalable implementation infrastructure Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum 10 years leading enterprise implementations within digital health, healthcare services, SaaS, or similarly complex environments Minimum 5 years designing and scaling implementation frameworks Demonstrated success leading complex deployments involving executive stakeholders Experience supporting pre-sales engagements and shaping operational deal constructs Track record translating commercial agreements into executable operating models Experience operating effectively in high-growth organizations Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Preferred Experience Strategic Capability Deep understanding of enterprise deployment models and activation strategy Strong systems thinker capable of designing scalable operational frameworks Ability to align product, commercial, and operational priorities Executive Influence Executive presence with the ability to build credibility quickly Skilled at navigating ambiguity, risk, and high-visibility situations Ability to influence decisions without direct authority Commercial Acumen Clear understanding of implementation’s impact on revenue realization and partner performance Ability to evaluate deal structures through an operational lens Proven success leading within highly matrixed environments Sound judgment and strong decision-making capability Data-driven and outcome-oriented Working at Brook Fast-paced environment – Brook operates in two of the fastest changing industries in America – Healthcare and Technology.
