If you are passionate about technology, join us in shaping the world of tomorrow. About This Role: As an Implementation Engineer, your key objectives will be to: 1. Platform Configuration & Customization Configure, enhance, and maintain client implementations across the product ecosystem — including setup of workflows, decision rules and metadata. Customize business logic using basic C#/.NET scripting (e.g., simple condition checks like if/else, AND/OR logic, or validation rules). Collaborate with developers to integrate configurations and ensure platform alignment with client strategies. 2. Client Delivery & Solution Implementation Work closely with project managers, BAs, and developers to implement tailored digital solutions for clients. Support client onboarding, testing, and deployment phases to ensure smooth adoption. Conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to client operations teams. 3. Troubleshooting & Support Investigate configuration or logic-related issues raised through JIRA or client channels. Review logs and system outputs to identify root causes using your .NET and debugging knowledge. Collaborate with engineering teams to document and resolve complex issues, ensuring a stable production environment. 4. Testing & Quality Assurance Validate configurations and UI behavior across product releases and bug fixes. Execute functional testing for workflows, rules, and logic changes. Maintain documentation of test results and ensure readiness for production rollout. 5. Continuous Improvement & Optimization Analyze existing client setups to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Recommend improvements to system logic and performance through better configurations or rule design. Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and reusable configuration templates. We are Looking for Individuals who have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or technical support in SaaS or digital environments. Basic hands-on knowledge of C#/.NET, including understanding conditional logic, debugging logs, and modifying simple code snippets. Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and system integration concepts. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Postman. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
