Responsibilities

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in helping Limio customers implement, adopt, and successfully go live with our products and new features. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, identify the best technical solution with support from your team, and deliver the solution effectively.

Role Overview: The role involves 25% customer interaction, 25% configuration, and 50% development.

  • Customer Focus: Work directly with customers to gather their business requirements, translating them into tailored configurations and customisations within the Limio platform.
  • Configuration & Development: Use Limio’s tools, APIs, the React developer framework (https://developers.limio.com/), and scripts to configure and customise the platform for customer-specific needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, identify solutions, and guide customers through any challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, to resolve complex issues and continuously enhance the implementation process.
  • Customer Training: Provide training and guidance to customers, helping them become self-sufficient in using the Limio platform and resolving common technical issues.
