Resolute Management Group (RMG) is hiring an Implementation Engineer – OCR & RPA to configure and deploy document automation solutions using Ephesoft Transact and Nintex RPA for a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project. The ideal candidate will have strong implementation experience and an understanding of secure federal environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years in IT systems engineering or implementation.
• Direct experience configuring OCR, document capture, or RPA platforms.
• Basic scripting or automation familiarity.
• Understanding of security protocols for federal systems.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; VA PIV card eligibility required.
• Location: Remote (with PIV card remote access).

• Develop document classification rules and metadata extraction workflows.
• Configure secure export workflows for downstream processes.
• Test and optimize system performance.
