OCU Group have an exciting new opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our Implementation Team in Preston.
You will play a pivotal role in the rollout of OCU One, our exciting new bespoke in-house developed Workforce Management platform. This platform is critical to streamlining the way we plan, schedule, and manage our workforce across the Energy Transition, Utilities and Digital Infrastructure divisions nationally.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in implementation or systems delivery roles, preferably in a mid-to-large organisation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital or software solutions into operational business environments.
• Capability to deal with and support constructive challenge and change resistance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex processes and translate them into system logic.
• Solid understanding of testing and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident collaborator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
• Experience working with in-house developed or bespoke enterprise software platforms.
• Knowledge of integration practices across ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems.
• Experience supporting change management or training delivery as part of technology projects.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods or working within cross-functional product teams.
