About the Role We’re looking for an Implementation & Insights Analyst who loves solving problems with data and technology. This role combines onboarding, configuration, technical support, and analytical insight generation — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and continuous learning. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring each customer’s data flows smoothly into SATISFYD’s systems, insights are accurate, and clients receive actionable recommendations they can trust. This is not a “relationship management” role — it’s a hands-on, analytical position for someone who enjoys digging into details, configuring systems, translating data into meaningful insights, and deeply collaborating with AI. What You’ll DoImplementation & Onboarding Lead new customer onboarding, from data intake to platform configuration and go-live. Collect and validate customer data files; manage imports and mappings into SATISFYD’s system. Configure client instances and import schemas in AWS to ensure clean and accurate data capture. Test, troubleshoot, and verify data integrity prior to launch. Maintain accurate documentation of import templates, configurations, and processes. Identify processes that can be automated and recommend to the team Customer Support Ownership Serve as the first line of customer support for data or configuration-related questions. Identify root causes, resolve issues efficiently, and document repeatable solutions. Proactively monitor and maintain customer data flows, ensuring ongoing reliability and accuracy. Insights & Continuous Improvement Analyze customer feedback and survey response data to identify trends, anomalies, or data-quality concerns. Recommend improvements to clients for boosting response rates or data accuracy. Surface patterns and insights that inform SATISFYD’s internal teams and marketing content (e.g., emerging industry trends). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance import processes, data validation, and reporting automation. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in implementation, data analysis, or technical support (SaaS environment preferred). Strong technical curiosity — you like understanding how systems connect and how data flows. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, CSVs, or BI tools; familiarity with basic AWS concepts (S3, EC2, schema mapping). Analytical mindset and attention to detail — able to spot trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain technical topics clearly and concisely. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Interest in AI-driven tools and automation (experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar a plus).
