JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages Knowledge Base article creation and maintenance. Reviews enterprise release information and identifies changes that apply to implementation processes and documentation. Creates/updates Implementation Team standard operating procedures. Works on strategic projects with Operations Release Manager and Implementation Manager. Liaises with other departments for cross-collaboration including Operations, Product, Data Exchange, Rating, Audit and Setup. Maintains annual documentation CAT review. Create and publishes quarterly Implementation newsletter. Supports/leads various strategic projects for Implementation team.
