POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation Lead for Audio Visual (AV) Operations will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of AV projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing adherence to project timelines, overseeing installation teams, and ensuring that all AV systems are installed and configured to meet client requirements and engineering design.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel to client locations as required to oversee on-site AV implementations.
• Work on-site to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AV project implementations.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, technologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
