Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will design and scale the way we onboard and engage new clients. This is a tactical client-facing role with strategic leverage: you’ll take ownership of recurring workflows for all new clients and find ways to deliver consistent, high-quality legal work as quickly as possible.
You will own the process of learning and ingesting information about our clients as quickly and creatively as possible. This is a huge problem that law firms haven’t solved yet; you’ll work cross-functionally with lawyers and engineers to finally fix this. This role is part execution, part pattern recognition—and a strong fit for someone who is organized likes creating structure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all client onboardings (project manage each step, run all calls, build knowledge bases)
  • Own client knowledge. Decide the right ways to structure this using database and LLMs, build them for each client, and update them
  • Spot gaps in our current workflows and products and suggest fixes—template it once so it’s repeatable
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, and client success to improve how we deliver and scale
