DESCRIPTION

Aibidia is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to own and deliver end-to-end implementation projects for Aibidia’s Operational Transfer Pricing Management (OTPM) solution, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills, a good understanding of finance processes, ERP systems, data, and how multinational corporations collaborate and make decisions on group finance and tax matters.
You will need the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, along with a passion for continuous improvement. Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex projects will be key as you optimize implementation processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
An interest and willingness to learn about transfer pricing and international tax is also important to thrive in this role.

• Own, plan and deliver customer implementation projects for Aibidia Operation Transfer Pricing (OTPM) solution, from project initiation to handover to continued support.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during the implementation phase, maintaining regular communication to update on progress, address concerns, and set clear expectations. Foster customer-internal communication and interaction, e.g. between finance, tax and IT departments.
• In collaboration with Aibidia internal transfer pricing experts, support customers to translate their transfer pricing policies into Aibidia Operational Transfer Pricing Management (OTPM) solution configuration.
• Work closely with different Aibidia teams, e.g. Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, to ensure that relevant expertise is leveraged in implementation projects.
• Keep Aibidia internal stakeholders informed about status, progress, and potential risks for managed implementation projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and support Aibidia internal initiatives and projects as relevant.
