WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

Carv is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team in Amsterdam. You will partner closely with Sales & Product in this delivery role to lead client success initiatives and technical implementation projects. You’ll serve as a client advocate, technical expert, and project manager, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption of our platform.
This is a hands-on role with implementation management’s technical and operational demands. You’ll help shape the customer journey from onboarding to long-term success, contributing to the growth of both our clients and Carv.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years in Implementation Management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in the recruitment or HR tech space.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.

SKILLS:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving prowess.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA or similar for project tracking and optimization.

• Leading end-to-end technical implementation projects, including scoping, configuration, and delivery.
• Collaborating with clients to configure solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Developing and refining frameworks, tools, and processes for scalable implementations.
• Ensuring seamless integration of APIs and other technical components into client ecosystems.
