As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation process of the Conexiom platform, ensuring a seamless transition for customers from onboarding to full utilization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, meeting customer requirements. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality through the effective utilization of project and operational processes, as well as utilizing relevant tools to achieve project objectives, such as ensuring time to value.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of Conexiom platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, customer support, product and development, to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Serve as customers’ primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
  • Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to customers, utilizing processes, tools and templates provided.
  • Drive the successful execution of projects by monitoring budgets and progress.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements for the SaaS solution.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into the implementation process.
  • Oversee the configuration and setup of the Conexiom platform solution according to customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process.
  • Deliver end-user training for customers to ensure effective utilization of the Conexiom platform.
  • Monitor and support user adoption, addressing any concerns or challenges throughout the implementation phase.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that the implemented SaaS solution meets customer expectations and is free of defects.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation, including business requirements documents, customizations, and customer-specific details.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation as assigned, addressing any additional needs or concerns.
  • Collaborate with customer success and customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and SaaS implementations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and troubleshoot SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering training to groups.
  • Strong analytical abilities, adept critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Outgoing, self-reliant, and able to take the lead.
  • Self-directed; executes on general goals and knows when and how to seek assistance from management.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing and Distribution an asset.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, administration and/or accounting an asset.
  • Post-secondary education an asset
