Responsible to manage key projects, rollout new initiatives and implement new and existing Controlled Substance Compliance Program (CSCP) plans. Work in collaboration with CSCP subject matter experts to develop implementation strategy, execute the plan, and monitor program/initiative implementation. Create effective learning solutions for associates designed to meet compliance needs and produce measurable results. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience inside or outside of Kroger
• 3+ years experience with regulatory environment and laws in their areas of responsibility
• Ability to handle multiple projects and respond to changing business priorities
• Strong follow-up, accountability, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain communication throughout the division and enterprise
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to respond to changing business priorities
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
