Description

Every day, millions of non-desk workers show up, ready to achieve. Behind their success stands Dyflexis - because even champions need smart systems to stay ahead. At Dyflexis, we build workforce management solutions that keep hotels, stores and factories running smoothly. Simple, practical, and just what you need. No unnecessary complexity, no wasted time. Just straightforward tools that work where you work.

MORE THAN SOFTWARE

What truly sets us apart isn’t just what we build - it’s who we are: bold minds who dream big, build smart, and win together. We embrace Dutch directness because sugar-coating slows progress. Some people love the fire in our belly, others prefer to play it safe. We’re looking for the bold and brave ready to build something extraordinary. Sounds like you? We’re hiring an Implementation Manager who can make our software stick like superglue across the DACH region – turning ‘that’s impossible’ into ‘consider it done’ in fluent German (Läuft!).

Responsibilities

At Dyflexis, you’re not just implementing software, you’re transforming the way companies operate. As our Implementation Manager for the DACH region, you’ll juggle multiple projects in various stages. One moment you’re onboarding a hotel chain, the next you’re customizing processes for a German logistics firm. And yes, sometimes it’s a little chaotic. You thrive in that.
You begin every project with sharp analysis. What’s the real problem we’re solving? What’s the client’s workflow? What’s realistic given the timeline? With strong stakeholder management and next-level communication skills, you keep everyone aligned, from internal tech teams to client decision-makers.
You lead implementations that don’t just “go live”, they stick. You know how to get to the heart of how teams work, train power users with empathy, and navigate all levels of an organization. Whether it’s a fast-growing SME or global players, you adapt and deliver.
You’ll travel regularly to client locations across Germany and work from a hybrid setup, home office plus time with the team and customers. Expect variety, short project cycles (3–4 months), and a strong support network around you.
Got ideas for improving how we train, onboard, or implement? Even better. We welcome people who love making things better for our clients and ourselves.
