ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Implementation Manager at DataSeers Incorporated plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our information and media service solutions for clients. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial project planning through to final delivery and post-launch support, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Implementation Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and alignment of expectations. By leveraging strong project management and technical expertise, this role drives continuous improvement in implementation processes and client satisfaction. Ultimately, the Implementation Manager ensures that our solutions are effectively adopted, delivering measurable value to our clients and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and customer support.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
