Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking an Implementation Manager in Merchant Services to lead a team responsible for standard implementation projects for both E-Bill Express and eReceivables.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the work of Implementation Managers in less complex initiatives
  • Oversee adherence to project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establish timelines, and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery; support escalations as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing controls, and procedures
  • Identify and address control gaps, as required
  • Participate in process improvement, RCSA refresh, EBCE or Internal Audit exams, as needed
  • Participate in change management activities and identify impacts to the Implementation team(s), provide updates/training as needed
  • Design and deliver reporting related to status of project portfolio to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, Product, Sales, third parties, and other partner teams
  • Actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and customers
  • Perform employee talent management activities, coaching, periodic check-ins
  • May oversee Team Lead(s), as needed
