Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Launch Services team and support our NuORDER product. Reporting to the Implementation Services Manager, you will play a critical role in scoping and delivering implementation engagements while acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey. Location: Remote (London preferred) What you’ll be doing: Understand B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles, and articulate how NuORDER facilitates best practices. Collaborate with clients, sales, and account management to understand and document customer goals, developing and proposing solutions that exceed expectations. Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery, including scoping requirements, developing project plans, managing team tasks, and success criteria. Apply project management best practices across projects of varying complexity. Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams while managing client expectations throughout engagements. Oversee and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. What you need to bring: The position is remote and will prioritize candidates in London. 3–5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles, preferably within professional services or consulting teams in a software company Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to customer requirements Comfortable discussing technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes Experience in reading, relaying, and troubleshooting both FlatFile and API (JSON) integrations. Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management Experience leading teams and engagements using agile techniques and frameworks, with the ability to pivot when requirements change Able to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously across different time zones. Strong analytical thinking, with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools Why NuORDER?
