• Understand payment products and capabilities, including cards, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods across global markets.
• Work closely with the business development team to design and deliver payment solutions for merchants, focusing on new solution adoption.
• Gather and analyze merchant needs, identify gaps, and translate them into solution requirements.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to support product and solution improvements.
