Description

We’re seeking highly organized, proactive Implementation Managers to lead onboarding and integration efforts for new healthcare clients. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and customer delivery. You’ll ensure that each deployment is smooth, timely, and delivers measurable value from day one.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of SaaS or healthcare technology implementation/project management experience (data integrations preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with health system workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), and/or medical coding
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, including with senior clinical and IT stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Technical knowledge of data formats/integrations (HL7, FHIR, CSV, APIs) is a plus
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is highly valued

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers from contract signature to go-live
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure alignment across internal and customer teams
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve blockers
  • Oversee technical integrations (EHR data feeds, coding interfaces) with support from integration engineers
  • Validate deliverables against customer expectations and clinical use cases
  • Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Guide customers through change management and adoption of the platform
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to improve product and implementation processes
  • Support multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Contribute to refining internal implementation playbooks and best practices
