ABOUT THE ROLE

The Implementation (Implementation Manager) is the quarterback of our client onboarding experience; bridging sales, product, and engineering to ensure that every client realizes value quickly and effectively. You’ll work closely with client executives, sales operators, and revenue leaders to deliver a tailored and technically sound implementation of the Sellfire platform.
This role blends technical acumen, project leadership, and sales operations and is ideal for someone energized by complexity, ambiguity, and collaboration. This is a remote position, though some travel to US based clients may be required. Open to candidates residing in Eastern - Pacific timezones.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

  • Leading platform onboarding projects from kickoff through full adoption.
  • Configuring Sellfire data schema and external platform integrations and data mappings.
  • Owning client-facing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Developing and delivering client training, documentation, and enablement assets.
  • Proactively identifying client risks, blockers, or gaps—and solving for them.
  • Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
