Not familiar with trade promotion spend? That’s OK. Most people aren’t. It’s an $8 trillion dollar problem that is ripe for disruption by an innovative SaaS startup. In order to grow, consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands spend 20% of their topline revenue to get into retailers and promote their products within those retailers. The problem is that today 70% of those promotions are not ROI positive. This is because ROI is hard to track. The industry operates on emails, pdfs, and xls spreadsheets. At Vividly, we’re solving this massive problem with exciting tactics including AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech and adding value to everyone in the chain. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation, enterprise project management, client onboarding, or a related customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and with strong customer satisfaction across varied stakeholder personas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with data configuration, system setup, or data migration as part of onboarding or implementation processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and educating others on best practices, with a passion for helping customers realize product value and “aha” moments during implementation.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in both internal workflows and customer-facing operations.
  • Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry — ideally in roles related to sales, trade marketing, finance, or accounting — is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that delivers measurable value and sets the foundation for long-term success.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for customer launches — defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving accountability across milestones.
  • Configure the Vividly platform to meet client-specific requirements, including importing and mapping data, validating data accuracy, and troubleshooting setup issues with precision.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers during onboarding, proactively identifying risks, clarifying requirements, and adapting implementation plans to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals, escalate issues as needed, and continuously improve the onboarding process.
