LOCATION: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - HYBRID

Responsibilities

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

  • Complete the relevant Scope and Discovery process for all assigned projects and vesting requirements.
  • Lead all Project initiation meetings and all ongoing meetings throughout the lifecycle of the project professionally and effectively.
  • Determine key milestones and tasks required to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and other project collateral, including task lists, issue and risk registers
  • Deliver implementation projects within agreed upon timeframes in line with relevant controls and processes.
  • Identify, analyse and escalate key risks and issues associated with each initiative/project.
  • Circulation of regular status reports to all client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure required activities are prioritised, assigned and delivered within all internal agreed upon timeframes.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • Post-secondary Bachelor, Degree, Diploma or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years’ Project Management experience and or 2 years relevant experience with Computershare Plan Managers
  • An understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Prince2 or similar Project Management methodology
  • Process improvement and change management techniques
  • Experience of supporting the creation/implementation of processes, policies and
  • methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience acting as the escalation point both internally and externally, utilising effective problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of different coaching techniques, communication & feedback styles
