Lead cross-functional teams that include lawyers, financial advisors, bankers, accountants and insurance agents who are masters of their disciplines yet look to you for leadership to accomplish something greater than themselves Walk with clients to ensure their projects get to completion, anticipating and adjusting as life happens. Apply business concepts and financial acumen to help business owners navigate tax strategy implementation complexity with confidence. What We Are Looking For: 4–10 years of experience in: project management, operations, client success in a professional services firm, financial services or business operations, or paralegal/consultant roles that required reading technical documents. Plus: Comfort with financial statements. Exposure to business ownership or entrepreneurial environments. No tax credential required, but strong willingness to learn is a must. Completes 95%+ of implementation tasks on or before deadline; ensures 0 missed statutory deadlines (elections, filings, payroll changes, entity setups). Ensures 100% of approved tax strategy initiatives move into execution with clear timelines, owners, and follow-up. Maintains effective working relationships with 100% of each client’s external advisors (attorneys, payroll companies, bankers, bookkeepers, insurance, etc.). Leads 100% of project kickoff meetings; ensures all meetings end with documented decisions, responsibilities, and next steps posted within one business day. Achieves 90%+ on-time client document delivery through structured follow-up and accountability. Responds to emails and key messages within 1 business day: issues updates/action lists within 2 business days following meetings or major events. Maintains alignment among Tax Advisors, internal staff, and external advisors
