Role Purpose As GCS RIS Implementation Solution Manager you are accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer. In early product life cycle phases you will own the implementation end-to-end and in a scale-phase you will support the affiliates in their execution. You will be responsible Pre-sales phase: Support local, regional or global consultancy team in tender processes Supports on request with demos and expertise on Lab organisation Creates concepts for workflow, lab organisation and connectivity Product life cycle: Provides customer project expertise to the Product Definition Team Supports the product life cycle by improving Product serviceability and implementability while keeping the broader solution in mind (avoid individual product / siloed thinking) Key responsibilities: Execute implementation in early product life cycle phases end-to.end Acts as subject matter expert for RIS product installation and integration working closely with Engineering in the early life cycle phases. Assess and optimise customer workflow together with country representative Supports customer / country on installation requirements Supports customer / country on installation and upgrade planning Supports installation of IT solution, instruments and hosts connection and verifies connectivity together with local or regional representatives Supports Configuration / Testing Supports country to provide trainings to customers and 1st level support Acts as subject matter expert for local support (lab process and IT solution) Your profile Bachelors or master degree in a relevant field of study (IT, Lab Technician , etc.) AND 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT, Lab Organization (Medical Lab Technician, Lab Manager) or Hospital, IT Networks, Interfaces and/or Database OR An equivalent mix of relevant education and work experience is required. Previous experience working with the navify lab ops (aka cobas Infinity) is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written English Explicit problem solving attitude as well as experience with working in a customer oriented way in an interdisciplinary environment Willingness to travel (up to 50%) nationally, but also worldwide Independent, proactive and versatile working approach, but also acting as a Team Player in a global team Experience in networking, tcpip, firewall configurations. Cloud and Edge computing experience Software Development experience in similar products is an advantage Locations You will be based in Pune, India. At the Company's discretion, an exception to the location requirement could be made under extraordinary circumstances. As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities. Responsibilities

The Implementation Solution Manager is accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer, managing the process end-to-end in early product life cycle phases. They will also support affiliates during the scale-phase and provide expertise in customer project management.
