DESCRIPTION:
Are you a confident communicator with a knack for translating technical solutions into real-world success? At Orikan, we’re looking for a capable and motivated Implementation Consultant to help deliver our innovative parking and civic compliance technologies across Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience in software implementation or technical delivery—someone who thrives on collaboration, takes ownership, and knows how to engage both internal teams and external clients with clarity and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and support the deployment of Orikan’s hardware and software solutions—onsite and remotely.
Act as a key liaison between clients, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth technical delivery.
Assist with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support post-go-live hypercare and help resolve implementation-related issues.
Deliver client training and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
What You’ll Bring
At least 2 years’ experience in software implementation, technical support, or solution delivery.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of SQL and system configuration (or a willingness to learn).
Experience working in SaaS or application support environments is a plus.
A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel domestically for project delivery.
